Refund Policy

Refunds for Customer Cancellations: 

100% Refund up to 24 hours prior to check-in.  

50% Refund the Day of or After your Check-in date

$20 Cancellation fee will be applied for all Refunds/Cancelations

Holidays require a 3-night minimum reservation and FULL payment. NO Refunds on Holidays. Holidays include Memorial Day, Four of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The weekend considered for the holiday is closest to the actual holiday day. All reservation deposits must be made using: Credit Card/Cash 

Shortened Stay/ Terminations: If you chose to shorten your stay or are asked to leave due to violations of rules, guidelines, Policy and or Terms and Conditions, there will be no refunds. All Rates and Fees apply at time of termination of stay or at the time you chose to leave earlier than planned. Our rules are designed for the safety and enjoyment of our guests and any violation will be sufficient cause to terminate your stay without additional notice.

We reserve the Right to refuse Service, remove guests and or their Belongings at their expense for failure to pay full amount owed or failure to comply with Rules, Guidelines, Policies, and or Terms and Conditions of the park.

Palacios Time RV Park & Resort Owners, Management or Office personnel are in no way liable for any personal Injury, damages, theft of personal possessions of guests, visitors listed or unlisted at time of stay and or who are on Premises without permission.
