Palacios Time RV Park & Resort Rules
We Know most RVers to be some of the most helpful, honest, and kind people in the world with Good Common Sense, needing no written rules as they already honor the welfare and rights of others. We are providing these Rules and Terms and Conditions to ensure all guests honor the welfare and rights of others.
Palacios Time RV Park & Resort is a service-oriented business.
Therefore, we do not have a landlord/tenant relationship nor landlord/ tenant agreement with any persons, guests, or visitors. Palacios Time RV Park & Resort is not responsible for Property Damage, Theft or Personal Injury occurring during or after your stay, while on our grounds. Same goes for non-site storage rentals.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
5 persons per site including children. Limit to 3 adults per site. Adult is 18+; Child is 17 and under. Additional adult or child over age of 3 is $5 per day or night stay/$150 per month.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Check-In Time: 3:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Check-Out Time: 12:00 P.M. If you plan on staying longer than original reservation, please re-register with the Office ASAP. We can not Guarantee Same Sight rentals.
Pool Hours: 10 A.M. to 9 P.M.
Office Hours: 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph is strictly enforced.
QUIET TIME: 10 P.M. / 8 A.M. No excessively loud music or play
CHILDREN: Everyone wants our children to be safe & have a good time and always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Do not leave your child/children at the park without a Parent/Guardian. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior and actions.
PETS: 2 pets allowed per site, on leash or secure in a safe manner. Do not leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent. Pets must always be on a leash or otherwise safely secure with the owner. Pets displaying aggressive behaviors will not be allowed in the park. Pet owner is responsible for any damages incurred resulting from pet behavior and actions. No pets allowed in Pool Area or Common areas. Do not let pets enter another RV site whether occupied or vacant. Do not leave Pet Food and water outside unattended. Clean up After your Pet. All Pet Droppings should be Picked up and sealed tight in a Waste Bag Immediately. If you do not have an appropriate bag for disposal, please see the office staff.
Palacios Time RV Park & Resort Reserves the Right to refuse service to Anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity or safety of the park. All pets must have updated vaccination records and be made available if upon request.
TRASH/WASTE: Dumpsters/ Trash Bins located in the park are for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, and boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however; keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. See management for Pre-paid RV Wash Vouchers prior to hosing off your RV/Boat/Hauler or vehicle.
WASHING OF RVs/BOATS/HAULERS/OTHER VEHICLES:
We offer Advanced, Pre-Paid Vouchers for $15.00, prior to washing of RV/Boats/Big Toys/Haulers. Advanced Pre-Paid Vouchers are available for $10.00, prior to washing of motor vehicles. Purchase your pre-paid voucher and receipt at office prior to washing. The city may still provide a hose for flushing and washing boats at the public boat ramp. Otherwise, there are Multiple Car Washes found in Palacios and Surrounding areas.
FIREARMS/FIREWORKS/CAMPFIRES:
NO Firearms Openly Displayed. No Fireworks Allowed. All above Ground Campfire Pits must be approved prior to use. All Approved above-ground Campfire Pits should be always attended and maintained by an adult. Unattended Campfire Pits will be Fined $25.00 per occurrence and may result in Termination of Contract and or stay.
RV Site Guest and Visitors assume all responsibility for Damaged property or Personal Injury resulting from any Campfire Pit or Smoke.
PARKING FOR BOATS/HAULERS/VEHICLES AND EXTRA STORAGE:
* 1 vehicle only per RV Site. Park in approved parking area.
* Guests and Visitors- Extra Storage may be available for a fee for an extra car, truck, boat, or hauler in the overflow parking area for $5.00 per day or $50.00 per month in our designated Non-Site Storage area only. Late Fees Apply
*ALL VEHICLES/BOATS/HAULERS MUST HAVE PARKING PASS DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES. In the event it is necessary to have a vehicle/boat/ Hauler towed, it will be at the owner’s expense.
*No Parking allowed on Main Drives or Roads.
RV SITES:
Keep grass free of satellite dishes, wires, hoses, rugs, and BBQ pits. All sites must be kept neat and tidy; nothing is to be stored under or around the RV and site. A cleanup fee of $25.00 will be billed if your concrete is stained with algae, oil, mud, or other contaminants. Please contact office if you have any questions.
All Electrical Appliances, Heaters and any electrical components must meet industry safety standards. Palacios Time RV Park & Resort is not responsible for any electrical components on or in RV’s.
- No Hanging of Clothes, Towels, or clothes lines outside.
- Flags, Signage, or other controversial displays are prohibited. Only the current and official United States and Texas flags maybe flown at an RV site. This includes flying flags from vehicles parked on the property. No political or other unapproved advertisement or For Sale signage of any type may be displayed within the park property.
SEWER CONNECTION: Texas Law requires your sewer hose is fastened by a connector or rubber donut. A positive sewer seal at both ends is required.
INTERNET/CABLE: Wireless Internet, where available, is for guest use Only.
CONDUCT: Palacios Time RV Park & Resort customers come from all walks of life and therefore we will not tolerate behaviors targeting race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, Veteran status, or other discriminatory targeting. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reason for immediate eviction without refund.
WHILE ON OUR PROPERTY: All Persons, Guests and Visitors enter at their own RISK and will assume all financial responsibilities for themselves and their pets for any property damage, personal injury, or Theft. Palacios Time RV Park & Resort will not assume any Responsibility for Personal injury, personal Property Damage or Theft.
POOL & POOL AREA:
Pool will be available soon but is not currently open - see office for more details.
Pool hours 10 A.M. – 9 P.M. - Bring your Own Towel
Extra Visitor Charge $5 per person per Pool Play
Only listed Guests and Visitors are allowed inside pool and Pool Area. No Unapproved persons is permitted in Pool or Pool Area. Only 8 People inside Pool at one Time. No Lifeguard on duty. No Alcohol, Drugs, Glass, or Pets allowed in Pool or Pool Area. Please do not urinate in pool, use your Toilet for your personal needs. Please use your shower before entry to pool. Please rinse your feet prior to entry into pool area. NO running or Horse play in pool area. Please see all Pool Safety and Pool Rules Signage posted on property. Arm bands are required for pool use. Please check with office if you need arm bands.
All Persons, Guests and visitors assume all responsibility to Personal Injury, Personal Property, or theft as well as any results of Personal Injury, Property Damage or theft that may occurred due to their actions at time of visit or after leaving property. All Persons, Guest and Visitors are to follow all Pool & Pool Area Rules and Signage on Property.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY OR INJURY:
Notify Palacios Time RV Park & Resort staff immediately.
Call 911 for any Medical Emergency or Injuries
All parties occupying or visiting rental site(s) must comply with these park rules or risk immediate eviction without refund.
Payment of site rental infers agreement to all park rules.
LIABILITY: **Palacios Time RV Park and Resort is a service-oriented business. Therefore, we do not have a landlord/tenant relationship/agreement with any daily/weekly/monthly guests or any additional visitors listed, unlisted or persons our on property.
All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. All persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park. Certain weather events may call for mandatory evacuation, at which time, RVs and Processions must be removed from the park.
These park rules are for health, cleanliness, legality, and welfare of all.
Payment of site rates infers agreement to all park rules.
